VOLUNTARY RECALL OF A CONSUMER PRODUCT

The safety and well-being of our customers and partners are our top priority. In collaboration with Health Canada, as a precautionary measure and by our commitment to offering products that meet the highest quality standards, DALS Lighting inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of the product corresponding to the following description:

Since April 3, 2024, the sale of this product has been suspended at all Canadian Home Depot stores and online at homedepot.ca. As a precautionary measure, the product is no longer available for purchase. It is therefore no longer possible to purchase the product since this date, and this measure will remain in effect for the duration of the voluntary recall.

The risk identified consists in the potential overheating of the transformer's electrical components located in the wall plate of certain production batches, which could melt and possibly burn the plastic casing causing potential damage around the fixture.

No injuries associated with this risk have been recorded to date, but some superficial smoke residue could be seen on the wall where the light was mounted.

If you are in possession of an affected product, we ask that you please disconnect it and discontinue its use immediately.
